About Glitch
Glitch is a browser based MMO (Massively multiplayer online) game created by video game developer Tiny Speck and originally released in 2011. The game received a lot of love after being closed down in 2013, when all its artwork and some source code was made accessible under the public domain. A 2D browser based game, Glitch was heavily focussed on multiplayer gameplay. It intentionally moved away from the obsession games have with combat and opted instead to focus on cooperative crafting and gathering. There are many excellent quests to complete too and many different activities that keep the game’s world in a permanent state of change. Players could improve and build on the world, making the world grow through cooperative building. The entire game is also “positive.” Instead of war and death it caters for growth, by planting trees, cooking items and including similar activities. Glitch was a free to play game but was monetised through purchasable content mostly used for character customisation.

Not one of these games is remotely like Glitch. They are all combat or conflict based. That is not Glitch in any sense of the game.

Hi Sperry. Maybe try Animal Crossing, Kingdom of Loathing, Miramagia, and Small Worlds. Hope that helps.
